I am Cully Long, theatrical designer, illustrator and graphic designer, and this site represents my portfolio in those areas.
I am based out of New York City, where I have been working for 3 years. I hold a BFA 1998, School of Visual Arts, New York; a BA 2001, Armstrong Atlantic State University, Savannah, GA; and an MFA 2004, University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT.
I've worked in a variety of venues around NYC from small equity showcases to off off-Broadway houses, as well as several other cities and states. I have worked extensively for The Manhattan Children's Theatre, The Forestburgh Playhouse, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, The Brooklyn Gallery Players, and several other illustrious New York venues.
My illustrations and graphic design have appeared in publications for the Orlando Opera Company, The Connecticut Repertory Theatre, and the Brooklyn Gallery Players among others.
